The Founder and President
Abdirashid is the president and the founder of HAR Accounting Inc. he has been in the industry for more than a decade and he has proven record in Tax Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Payroll accounting. The unique characteristics of Abdirashid are that he has comprehensive knowledge of personal and professional accounting and bookkeeping principles and required compliance laws of federal, state, or international.
<p>Abdirashid is also familiar with the Islamic financing principles and application and how they apply to individuals and small businesses. He now watches and manages overall HAR Accounting Inc with the focus of financial compliance issues. </p>
Head of accounting bookkeeping Dept
Salah has been an exceptional manager of HAR’s Accounting and bookkeeping department for more than six years. Under his watch, salah implemented accepted accounting principles and best practices to serve our great clients. He is methodical, analytical and has clear eyes for the issues that face small businesses’ accounting and bookkeeping practices. Apart from being a pillar of HAR’s accounting and bookkeeping department, he overseas HAR’s sales and marketing projects. Salah always wanted to help his community by providing world-class accounting and bookkeeping practices in a fraction the cost that big and midsized companies pay.
Abdirisak manages the HAR’s department of payroll services, he has been with HAR since its inception. he has been supplying great payroll services to HAR and clients for decades. He manages and supervises the departments’ overall payroll services catalog and its workload. He compiles the client’s data and presents and comprehensive and payrolls reports. He conducts internal and external audits within HAR and to our clients. Abdirisak is now welcoming to our new clients and promises them for services that will satisfy their payroll needs.
He is the youngest HAR employee and his main duties are to collect data from the client’s books and entering to the payroll system, then he analyzes the data and reports to the payroll manager. He has great knowledge of Microsoft office package and enjoys doing analysis in excel. He also can develop worksheets and simplify the complex numbers of accounting.
